Qualifications / Requirements:

Education: Post Graduate Degree in Logistics and Supplier Chain or Engineering
Knowledge and experience: experience in Production in an Industrial environment

Key Performance Areas:

Supervise day to day activities, address customer requirements and maintain good relationships
Lead the logistics team and set departmental objectives
Ensure adequate staffing and engage in performance evaluation and training for team members
Monitor logistics processes: supervise day to day activities, prepare and propose the Sales and Operations strategy to management
Assure the responsibility of the Scheduling Plan with Unit Managers
Improve and enhance performance and relationships of suppliers and logistics partners
Monitor Logistics performance and implement improvement actions in line with other departments
