Plant Engineer

SUMMARY:
Based in South Durban our client in the engineering manufacturing industry has an opportunity for an Electrical or Mechanical Engineer responsible for the reliability of all production plant and equipment.

POSITION INFO:

Duties include managing the planned and preventative maintenance, preparation of specifications for new or modified plant and equipment as well as defining and allocating scope of work to ensure efficiency and reliable operation.

Ensuring compliance with the OHS Act and holding the portfolio of Responsible person in terms of OSH Act 16.2 are also included in the responsibilities

The successful candidate will have a B Tech Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical),Degree  and at least 5 years project and engineering management experience
