Plant Manager (Botswana)

SUMMARY:
Civil Construction firm seeks a qualified, highly experienced individual to manage all plant equipment

POSITION INFO:

You will be based in Botswana, working for a highly acclaimed Civil Construction firm with sites country wide.  We are seeking a highly experienced individual, must be a Diesel Mechanic with extensive experience with all large construction and mining plant equipment.  Responsible for planning, directing and coordinating the earthmoving function accross multiple sites.   Planning maintenance, repairs, staff management, monitor equipment and staff performance, manage breakdowns, liaise with clients. Also includes all related administration, record keeping, insurances etc.   We are looking for an individual that is willing to relocate to Botswana in entirety.
