POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and maintain compliance with the OHS Act, NOSA, and GMP standards.
Develop, monitor, and enforce OHS policies and procedures.
Lead and coordinate OHS Committees, safety audits, and emergency drills.
Investigate and address workplace hazards, accidents, and unsafe conditions.
Conduct employee safety training, inductions, and annual refresher programs.
Oversee safety files, documentation, and compliance certifications.
Monitor workplace behaviour, ensuring adherence to policies and PPE usage.

Requirements:
Proven experience in occupational health and safety.
Strong understanding of safety compliance regulations and standards.
Certification in safety training, first aid, firefighting, or SHE will be advantageous.
