Education:

Qualification (area importance)
Bachelor’s Degree or NQF 7 equivalent in Metallurgy / Chemical Engineering required
Honours Degree or NQF 8 equivalent in Metallurgy / Chemical Engineering (advantageous)
Mine Metallurgical Managers Association (MMMA) Statutory Body Registration (advantageous)

Experience:

7 - 10 years experience in metallurgy and production (production plant) postgraduate is required
5 years experience in management (production plant) is required
3 years experience in the management of a production department is required
3 years experience in client liaison is required
Legal appointment and/or Plant Manager experience is required
