SUMMARY:
A leading provider of innovative heat exchange solutions, serving diverse industries worldwide is seeking an experienced individual to join their team as a Plate Heat Exchanger Technician. Based in Westmead.

The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of plate heat exchangers, including operation, maintenance, and repair. This position requires a strong knowledge of the local market and the ability to work onsite to ensure optimal performance of our products for our valued clients.

POSITION INFO:
Responsibilities:

Lead technician/foreman for plate heat exchanger servicing.
Service plate heat exchangers:
- Strip down.
- Clean plates.
- NDT on plates.
- Glue gaskets.
- Assemble
- Fault Finding and rectification.
- Pressure Test.
Physically fit and able to work onsite.
Possession of a valid driver's license and confident driving a trailer.
Communicating with management team.
Developing skills of junior plate heat exchanger labourers.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience working with plate heat exchangers, preferably brands like Alfa Laval, Tranter, APV and Vitherm.
Familiarity with the local market and industry trends.
Hardworking and honest with a dedication to delivering quality service.
Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
Possession of a valid driver's license (EB endorsed for driving a trailer).
