Platform Adoption Specialist (Dashboard Engineer)

Purpose:

This resource is an IT professional who will be involved in client engagement, assisting with the implementation of the client''s platform. They must have IT as a background because they have to be able to engage with the content and material on a technical level.

What’s also important about this role is that they need to understand the client''s business strategy very well because they will ultimately be “selling” this platform into a client base, creating interest and helping them transition from whatever platform they are utilising to this one.

Part of this role includes training of client resources to utilise this platform and will therefore have to talk about its features with authority.

 Qualifications:

• Degree in business, technology or finance

 Minimum Requirements:

• 2 – 3 years of related business experience - within a large corporate setting is an advantage
• Experience in professional IT support, development, or business analysis including client-facing in the technology sector
• A strong understanding of relational databases and internet technologies; from usability, design, development and delivery perspectives
• Very strong Microsoft Office proficiencies; specifically, Excel, Access, & PowerPoint
• Be prepared to work out of hours and weekends where necessary
• Microsoft SQL Server – ability to author/edit SQL statements
• Microsoft Azure Portal
