SUMMARY:
Are you ready to take ownership of a high-value property portfolio in a fast-growing real estate investment company? We’re looking for a sharp, analytical Portfolio Accountant to turn numbers into insights and property performance into success.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the full finance function across commercial/residential properties
- Deliver accurate monthly reports and variance analyses
- Partner with asset managers to optimize portfolio performance
- Manage lease escalations, recoveries, and compliance
- Drive audit readiness and maintain reporting excellence

Skills & Requirements:
- BCom Degree in Accounting/Finance
- SAIPA/SAICA Articles completed (advantageous)
- 3–5 years’ experience in the property industry
- Strong systems knowledge – MDA, MRI, or similar
- A can-do attitude and razor-sharp attention to detail
