We’re looking for a Portfolio Analyst to drive strategic project evaluations, partner with high-level decision-makers, and guide cross-functional teams through end-to-end project cycles.
This role sits at the heart of Product Portfolio Strategy and blends project leadership, analytical rigor, stakeholder influence, and sharp business thinking.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
You’ll be the engine that ensures strategic projects move from concept ? evaluation ? execution with precision.
Your key focus areas include:
Project Leadership & Coordination

Lead, organise and steer cross-divisional project teams for successful project evaluations and sign-offs.

Plan, schedule and coordinate internal resources to ensure flawless project execution.

Develop project scopes and objectives with full stakeholder engagement.
Strategy, Feasibility & Analysis

Conduct feasibility studies for local manufacture and long-term production options.

Develop detailed project plans, timing schedules and progression tracking.

Identify capacity, resources and alignment required across divisions.

Apply structured techniques to manage changes in scope, cost and timelines.
Performance, Reporting & Governance

Measure project performance using recognised tools and systems.

Escalate progress, risks and deviations to management promptly.

Perform proactive risk management to minimise operational and strategic risks.

Maintain clear, comprehensive project documentation to support top-level decision-making.
Stakeholder Engagement

Build strong relationships across business units.

Provide ongoing updates, insights and deliverables to leadership.

Support scenario planning and solution development.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING
-
A relevant 3-year tertiary qualification (Marketing / Finance / Engineering).
-
Formal Project Management training.
-
Minimum 3 years’ leadership experience.
-
Successful completion of the LDQ.
-
Strong analytical mindset and business-case evaluation skills.
-
Experience in desktop + practical research, scenario planning and project analysis.
-
Proven project management track record.
-
Excellent presentation skills (MS Office), with the ability to build structured, executive-ready presentations.

Exceptional attention to detail and communication capability.

High initiative, engagement and problem-solving ability.
