SUMMARY:
Well established property administrators seeking experienced Portfolio Manager from the property industry.

POSITION INFO:

MEETINGS:

Diary Management: Scheduling of meetings
Preparing documentation
Attending meetings
Feedback to Trustees
Taking minutes
Typing of minutes
Distributing of approved minutes to owners
Distributing feedback of meeting to all departments for action
Checking on all departments
Updating minute books

PAYMENTS:

Checking info on invoices
Payments approval on SagePay system
Payment of invoices on bank-system
Transferring funds from 32-day account and/or current account
Opening and closing of bank accounts and/or change of bank

GENERAL OFFICE ADMINISTRATION:

Communication link between Owner/Trustee/Legal Representatives on daily basis
Cellphone-to-gate registration
Handling complaints and giving feedback to Trustees
Distributing rules
Updating admin/communication system with regards to Trustee resignations and applications
Insurance administration with regards to change on policy
Newsletters
Registering new complexes on system
Updating share folders on server

SUPERVISING OTHER DEPARTMENTS:

Overseeing repair and maintenance report
Overseeing financial info
