Great new opportunity for a experienced Portfolio Manager (Sectional title)

Requirements :

Self-starter with strong planning and organizational skills
Effectively communicate at all levels.
Effective team player who thrives under pressure
Strong hands-on approach and work ethic

Minimum requirements:

Min 5 years’ experience in Property Management, specifically sectional title management and is familiar with the Sectional Titles Act.
Computer literate (full Microsoft Office Suite)
Advanced verbal and written communications skills
Conflict management skills Project management skills
Time management skills
Sectional Title Scheme Management
