Minimum Requirements:

• Post Basic Pharmacist Assistant qualification (essential).
• Previous call center experience (advantageous, but not required).
• Strong communication skills with a patient-first approach.
• Computer literacy and experience with patient management systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical guidelines and drug safety.

• Conduct telephonic consultations with patients to monitor drug utilization and adherence.
• Provide accurate, clear, and empathetic information to patients.
• Record and report any adverse drug reactions or medication-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare and pharmaceutical regulations.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
• Keep patient records accurate and up to date.
