Skills and Experience:
Proficiency in Postilion and other payment processing platforms
Experience in resolving complex technical issues and implementing system upgrades
Knowledge of how to monitor and optimize system performance to maximize efficiency and reliability
Provided top-tier support to clients, guiding them through technical challenges with your expert knowledge and unwavering dedication
Experience with report writing and PowerBi advantageous
Expertise in wielding your SQL / PostgreSQL hammer to configure, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues with finesse
Possess the courage and quick thinking of Spider-Man swinging through New York City
Communicate like the charismatic Tony Stark and negotiate with the finesse of Black Widow
Previous experience in customer service or dispute resolution is a plus, just like having a Vibranium shield in battle!

Qualification:
Matric
Degree in Computer Science or relevant diploma
