Power BI Developer (Durban – Umhlanga)
About the Role:

You’ll be responsible for building, maintaining, and enhancing Power BI dashboards and reports while ensuring business stakeholders have access to accurate, upâtoâdate data. You’ll work closely with business units to understand their reporting needs, solve complex data challenges, and improve the organisation’s analytics maturity.
What You’ll Be Working On:
- Designing and developing interactive Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models
- Maintaining and enhancing existing reporting solutions
- Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and improve reporting processes
- Using DAX, MâCode, Power Query and advanced Excel to deliver highâquality analytics
- Working with SQL for data extraction, validation, and transformation
- Supporting analytics initiatives within a financial/insurance environment (advantageous)
What You Need to Succeed:- Matric & Certificate in Power BI, SQL, or relevant analytics technologies
- 3+ years' experience in reporting, analytics, or business intelligence
- Strong skills in:
- Power BI (DAX, MâCode and Power Query)
- SQL
- Advanced Excel
- Exposure to analytics within financial/insurance environments is preferred
- Strong communication skills—capable of engaging with business stakeholders
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
