SUMMARY:
MTS's client based in Kempton in the Freight and Logistics sector is looking for a skilled Power Platform Developer to design, build, and support scalable digital solutions that improve business processes and efficiency. This role focuses on hands-on development across Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse, translating business requirements into practical, high-quality solutions.

Qualifications & Experience
- Relevant Degree or Diploma in Information Systems, Computer Science, Digital Transformation, or related field.
- Power Platform certifications (preferred but not mandatory).
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in digital transformation, business process automation, or similar roles.
- 3+ years hands-on experience with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse).
- Proven track record delivering enterprise-level digital solutions.
- Experience leading cross-functional transformation projects.
Duties & Responsibilities Strategic Leadership - Lead and mature the organisation’s digital transformation roadmap aligned to business objectives.
- Establish and enforce governance frameworks for the Microsoft Power Platform.
- Evaluate digital maturity and recommend solutions that enhance operational excellence.
Microsoft Power Platform Design & Delivery - Architect scalable solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, and Dataverse.
- Manage the full lifecycle of Power Platform solutions: requirement gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and optimisation.
- Implement automation workflows that eliminate manual processes and increase efficiency.
- Build dashboards and data models using Power BI to support strategic decision-making.
Cross-functional Collaboration & Change Adoption - Partner with departments to identify digital pain points and translate them into actionable solutions.
- Drive adoption of new tools through user guidance, training, and continuous support.
- Ensure seamless integration of digital systems into daily operations.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement - Monitor emerging digital technologies and trends to keep the organisation competitive.
- Lead digital innovation pilots and scale successful initiatives enterprise-wide.
- Review existing systems and propose enhancements to ensure optimal performance.
Project & Risk Management - Manage multiple digital transformation projects concurrently from conception to completion.
- Develop documentation including solution specifications, workflows, SOPs, and support guides.
- Ensure adherence to standards, security requirements, and statutory regulations.
