JOB SUMMARY:
Practice Administrator - JHB

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Salesforce Electronic data capture platform, organize patient records using electronic health records keeping
Stock Take & Ordering, Monitor the inventory for medications and medical equipment and organise for resupply
Personal assistant Reception duties
Coordinate regular staff meetings and performance review
Establish and implement effective workplace procedures
Ensure policies and best practices are up to industry standards and government regulations
Supervise daily practice operations such as billing, debt collections, security and occupational health and safety
Interact with patients and address their complaints
Assist in obtaining medical aid authorisations

Experience:

Medical Aid Billing/Coding: 2 years (Required)
