  The Role:

  A Pre-Sales Consultant is required for our Bedfordview office to fulfil the below duties:

  Skills and Experience:

  Qualification preferred education and experience         

  • Bachelorâ??s degree and/or equivalent pre/technical sales experience.
  • 5+ years of experience working with system and network (infrastructure) monitoring tools and technologies
  • Knowledge of programming languages like NodeJS, PERL, Python, C# etc common to monitoring tools
  Key Accountabilities:

  Essential functions         

  • Providing advanced technical support and advice to the sales team.
  • Participate and respond to tenders and RFx.
  • Setup and support product demonstrations and Proof of Concept/Value.
  • Assist with the preparation of sales proposals.
  • Speak at industry and related events

  Experience required

  • Should be proficient in all aspects of infrastructure and operations (IO) monitoring and management.
  • must have broad knowledge of managing complex enterprise technology infrastructure components including server and network equipment across a range of on premise and multi-cloud platforms leveraging enterprise class monitoring tools.
  • Will have a strong understanding of the latest trends and developments in technology infrastructure, network and application technologies.
  • Must have the ability to articulate technical and business information to both internal and external stakeholders with ease.
