Pre-Sales Engineer (Rubrik)

SUMMARY:
Our Midrand client is looking for a Pre-Sales Engineer - Rubrik to provides technical expertise in support of pre-sales activities, technical emphasis is on hardware capabilities, software requirements and systems integration.

POSITION INFO:

Requirements:

• Matric and 

  Marketing or commerce degree or diploma
• Technical proven professional certification;
• 3+ years technical pre-sales experience in the IT industry (Essential);
• 3+ years technical pre-sales experience in enterprise storage;
• Experience in either Cisco, EMC, VMware, or Datacenter 

Responsibilities

• Leverages knowledge of competitive solutions to effectively address and dispel customer objections to technical solutions, and train the account team
• Establish relationships with the account team, partners and customers in support of sales team objectives
• Executes technical sales calls Configures and documents technical software, hardware and service solutions to meet customer and sales objectives
• Qualifies sales opportunities in the terms of customer technical requirements, competition, decision-making process and funding
