SUMMARY:
PreOwned Sales Manager - Johannesburg North - Gauteng

POSITION INFO:

A Well-established Dealership is looking to employ a PreOwned Sales Manager 

Reporting to the Dealer Principal,  you will be supporting the used cars sales team, you will maximise the numbers of used cars sold, while ensuring that your customers are delighted with the service they receive.

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring and reporting on individual and team used car sales performance
• Ensuring customer satisfaction targets are being exceeded
• Taking a hands-on approach in supporting used car sales executives to meet their targets
• Carrying out market and competitor analyses, setting target parameters (e. g. for pricing) and ensure these are implemented
• Engaging in active marketing and stock management
• Identifying training and development needs and opportunities for your staff
• Working closely with the used car sales team to ensure the dealership meets its used car sales target

Requirements & Skills needed:

• Prior leadership experience in the automotive sector is essential
• Atleast 5 years of experience in a Automobile Management position, ideally in the field of used cars
• Talented communicator and motivator with natural authority, a confident manner, and a highly performance-oriented approach
• Proven track record of leading a team to exceed used car sales targets
• Experience in coaching, mentoring, and developing staff
• Drives licence
• Grade 12 or higher qualification
• High Volume experience preferred
