SUMMARY:
Sydsen Recruit is representing a well-established dealership in Polokwane seeking an experienced Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for a results-driven professional to lead the pre-owned sales team, drive revenue, and grow a loyal customer base.

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and manage the pre-owned vehicle sales team to consistently achieve targets.
Develop and execute strategies to maximize sales and profit from pre-owned stock.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Monitor sales performance, provide reporting, and implement process improvements.
Collaborate with marketing, finance, and service teams to support promotions and campaigns.
Ensure compliance with dealership policies, processes, and quality standards.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years’ experience in automotive sales, with 2+ years in a managerial role, preferably in pre-owned vehicles.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Customer-focused, professional, and results-oriented.
Valid South African driver’s license.
