JOB SUMMARY:
PreOwned Vehicle Sales Manager - Johannesburg North, Gauteng

JOB DESCRIPTION:

A well-established dealership is looking to employ a PreOwned Vehicle Sales Manager in Johannesburg North.

Responsibilities:

Monitoring and reporting on individual and team sales performance
Ensuring customer satisfaction targets are being exceeded
Taking a hands-on approach in supporting used car sales executives to meet their targets
Carrying out market and competitor analyses, setting target parameters (e.g. for pricing), and ensuring these are implemented
Engaging in active marketing and stock management
Identifying training and development needs and opportunities for your staff
Working closely with the used car sales team to ensure the dealership meets its used car sales target

Requirements & Skills needed:

Prior leadership experience in the automotive sector is essential
At least 5 years of experience in a Management Position
Talented communicator and motivator with natural authority, a confident manner, and a highly performance-oriented approach
Proven track record of leading a team to exceed used car sales targets
Experience in coaching, mentoring, and developing staff
Drives license
Grade 12 or higher qualification
