Key Responsibilities:

• Build predictive models end‑to‑end, including data exploration, feature engineering, model development, and deployment
• Monitor and optimise model performance over time
• Collaborate with a high‑performing, cross‑functional team to deliver data‑driven solutions
• Solve complex business problems efficiently in a fast‑paced environment

• Education:
  
  • Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field (minimum requirement)
• Experience:
  
  • 2–4 years’ experience in a data science role
  • Proven experience building predictive models from scratch
  • Experience working in fast‑moving, dynamic environments
• Skills:
  
  • SQL (non‑negotiable)
  • Python (non‑negotiable)
  • Machine Learning and AI experience advantageous
  • Strong analytical thinking and independent problem‑solving skills
