Preowned Sales Executive

SUMMARY:
Our client, a well-established automotive dealership in Pretoria, is looking for a driven and customer-focused Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales Executive to join their sales team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing existing customer relationships, selling pre-owned vehicles, handling the full sales process from enquiry to delivery, and consistently achieving monthly sales and profitability targets.

POSITION INFO:
Description: Sell pre-owned vehicles to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets. Actively prospect for new customers through various channels, including referrals, telephone calls, online leads and networking. Respond promptly to incoming vehicle enquiries and follow up on leads. Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with customers. Conduct thorough customer needs analysis to determine suitable vehicle options. Present and demonstrate vehicles to prospective customers. Conduct professional test drives and explain vehicle specifications, features and benefits. Prepare quotations and negotiate vehicle pricing within approved parameters. Manage the complete sales process from initial enquiry through to vehicle delivery. Identify trade-in opportunities and assist with the trade-in process. Work closely with the Used Vehicle Manager, F&I team and other dealership departments to ensure smooth transactions. Requirements: Grade 12 \/ Matric - essential Previous vehicle sales experience within a motor dealership. Proven track record of achieving vehicle sales targets. Experience specifically within pre-owned vehicle sales will be highly advantageous. Valid driver's licence. Own reliable transport preferred. Good computer literacy. Experience using a dealership CRM\/DMS system will be advantageous. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Excellent communication skills in English.
