You are known as a dynamic, visionary and strategic principal with boundless and innate leadership ability and energy. Working collaboratively with the School Governing Board, realising the full potential of all learners, is top of your agenda.

You know and understand the beliefs of all learners and the deep aspiration they have to succeed in life.  You also know how to optimise the potential in each child and to make their personal dreams come true.

Your reputation hinges on building a happy and interactive culture where learners come before anything else and is reinforced by the unquestionable support of your staff. Similarly, realising the full potential of staff is something that is second nature to you.   

Your 8 - 10 years of senior management team experience, is evidenced by a minimum of 5 years’ as either a Deputy Principal or Principal. Your main mission in life has been to impact positively on the lives of learners and you have a compelling awareness of how both the community and parents’ play a pivotal role in developing their children’s education. SACE registration is essential, while a REQV14 education qualification is strongly recommended.  Your in-depth knowledge of the Grade R – Grade 7 curricula is both current and demonstrable.  Your track record of excellence, at personal and professional levels, has got you where you are.  Others would be at ease in describing you as a consummate professional. You are as comfortable with a large staff complement including 10 or more SGB employees. You have sound experience in South African school administrative systems and have been responsible for operational management of schools and school infrastructure.

You have managed large budgets and you pride yourself in having above average financial acumen. Similarly, your grasp of school and labour legislative frameworks is faultless.
