Proven track record of leadership and innovative curriculum implementation; understanding of how to build attributes in learners and create a whole child through education, extra murals, experiences and discipline.

You are nurturing and inspiring. Your track record reflects equal proportions of credibility, inspiration and a teaching style that is never forgotten. Your administrative skills are unquestionable. You are well-versed with the current curriculum requirements and regulations. Your foresight and adaptive style influence the development and implementation of progressive school policies.

You thrive in a diverse working environment and cultivate outstanding relationships with all stakeholders. You provide strategic leadership in collaboration with the Funder, creating and driving the required strategies to achieve the schools purpose and vision.

You have at least 8 – 10 years'' senior management team experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a Deputy or Principal position. A REQV14 qualification is mandatory. You welcome playing a decisive and pivotal role in the management of large and complex school and budget. You are well-experienced in managing 40-50 staff members (including SGB staff), and are ready to lead a staff complement of 100 members. You are exhilarated by the integration of innovation and technology with teaching and learning. Motivated by diversity, your soft skills and ability to relate to parents, learners and stakeholders is exemplary. Above all, you innately know how to mould young minds.
