This role is ideal for a highly experienced .NET specialist who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, designing scalable software solutions, and guiding development teams. You'll play a key role in shaping architecture, driving best practices, and delivering high-quality applications across web, mobile, and desktop environments. Working closely with product, UX, QA, and development teams, you will help deliver business-critical solutions while contributing to technical strategy and innovation. Key Responsibilities Design and develop high-quality applications using .NET Core, ASP.NET, and C# Lead the architecture and development of scalable software solutions Drive coding standards, best practices, and CI\/CD processes Troubleshoot and resolve complex performance and scalability challenges Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful solutions Mentor and support developers within the team Research and implement new technologies and development approaches Contribute to technical roadmaps and long-term strategic planning Job Experience and Skills Required Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field 10+ years of software development experience At least 7 years of hands-on experience with .NET technologies Strong knowledge of .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC\/Web API, Entity Framework, and C# Solid understanding of software architecture and design patterns Experience with performance optimisation, scalability, and security best practices Exposure to DevOps practices, CI\/CD pipelines, and Docker Experience with Blazor and .NET MAUI would be highly advantageous Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, or Angular is beneficial Proven leadership and mentoring experience Apply now!
