PA to the Executive Head sought for a Private school in KZN, Northcoast. Commencement Jan 2022

POSITION INFO:
NOTE: Must have school administration experience preferrably within the senior management team

• Admin, business managemetn, HR qualification preferred
• Well spoken and confident
• Solutions orientated
• Deadline driven
• Able to compile agenda''s and take as well as type up  minutes of meeting
• Able to manage Executive Head''s Diary and appointments
• Able to liaise and deal with Group Head Office
• Excellent computer literacy skills
• Fantastic telephonic and email communication skills
• Ability to project manage
• Phenomenal administration and organisation skills
• Availability to organise and attend school functions/evening meetings when necessary
• Compile and prepare reports including presentations
