Print Costing Administrator / Estimator

SUMMARY:
Do you have experience assisting clients with quotes and queries in the printing industry?
 
Opportunity to join a small yet, deadline driven organization in the Northern Suburbs.  Our client is in the general printing sector - Litho printing, order and receipt books, full colour work, folders etc.
 
We require a team player who can also work independently alongside the owner and production manager, with a good financial acumen to ensure accurate quotations.

POSITION INFO:

REQUIREMENTS:

• Matric and cost estimator qualification advantageous
• Experience with costing estimations for Litho print
• Previous exposure to Dolphin or Quick easy advantageous
• Self-starter and independent reliable worker
• Ability to work in a fast-paced energetic environment
• Good written and verbal communication skills

• Receive and analyse various incoming requests from clients
• Provide clients with accurate quotations
• Extensive client support with email and telephonic communication
• Manage and negotiate vendor pricing for products & services as necessary to serve meet client’s needs
• Manage multiple requests
• Juggle multiple projects daily under pressure
• Follow the process of the job from start to finish to ensure excellent customer service.
