SUMMARY:
Our client is looking for an experienced Printer and Copier Technician to join their team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing a range of office printers and copiers, with a strong focus on Toshiba devices. The role requires someone reliable, hands-on, and able to work independently while providing excellent technical support to clients.

POSITION INFO:
Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and repair office printers and copiers.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Perform routine servicing and preventative maintenance.
Provide on-site support to clients and ensure minimal downtime.
Maintain accurate records of services, repairs, and parts used.
Ensure high-quality customer service and support at all times.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years’ experience as a printer/copier technician.
Experience with Toshiba copiers highly preferred.
Certified training courses in printer/copier maintenance (proof required).
Own reliable car – applications without transport will not be considered.
Must reside in Johannesburg.
Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently.
