We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Proactive Support Consultant with strong experience in SQL and Syspro ERP to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering proactive technical support, system monitoring, and performance optimization to ensure seamless business operations for our clients.

 

What you’ll do:

• Manage SQL Server databases.
• Configure and maintain database servers and processes.
• Monitor system's health and performance.
• Ensure high levels of performance, availability, sustainability, and security.
• Experience with backup and recovery strategies, disaster recovery, and business continuity
• Strong knowledge of database security and compliance regulations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Monitor and Maintain MS SQL Database Environment
• Provide proactive and reactive data management support

Your expertise:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience

Qualifications required:

• MCSA, MCSE – SQL Database Administrator
• Diploma in IT Infrastructure Management
• Qualification preferred:
  • SQL, Science Logic, Automation, Flowgear and Syspro database
    Knowledge an advantage
