My CIB client is urgently looking for Process Analysts/ Process Engineers with strong Continous Improvement experience and full understanding of the Value chain (including client needs) to join their Process Centre of Excellence.
We take it for granted that you have the technical skills to facilitate the work, however, a number of domain core competencies are needed:
Digital (Payments): A deep understanding of; Domestic, International, RTGS, Clearing, Swift, Nostro/Vostro, local currency, accounts payable etc
and/or
Cross Border Trade Experience: Letters of Credit etc. Would like to see Cash Management experience (Money Markets, revolving credit etc) as this plays across the board in their environment
and/or
Other Generic domains: ie Client onboarding (specifically process/onboarding of Corporate Investment Banking clients
- BCom/BEng Degree
- Sound knowledge and preferably certifications/degree''s in; Statistics & Mathematics
- Lean Six Sigma (not just theoretical but ability to apply)
- 6-8 years of experience in similar role

- Strong Stakeholder/Relationship building and management (remember this is Continuous improvement - so long lasting buy-in is required)
- Excellent Verbal & Written communications (presentations at Manco/Exco level)
- Financial Services: Preferably CIB but will look at Mining/Manufacturing IF you are a superstar with proven track record of application and delivery
