POSITION INFO:
We are building a talent pool of high-calibre Process Control Sales Engineers for multiple upcoming opportunities across Gauteng. This is not a single vacancy, but a strategic pipeline for specialists in instrumentation, automation, and process control sales.

Non-Negotiable Requirements:

BTech, NDip, or Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic, or Instrumentation Engineering
3+ years’ experience in technical sales within process control / automation
Exposure to instrumentation, PLCs, DCS, control valves, analyzers, or SCADA systems
Valid driver’s licence and a willingness to travel regionally

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Selling technical solutions into mining, manufacturing, utilities, or heavy industry
Engaging with Plant Engineers, Maintenance Managers, and project teams
Managing the full sales process from opportunity identification to close-out
Interpreting P&IDs, specifications, and control philosophies
Developing long-term customer relationships and repeat business
