Process Controller

POSITION INFO:

Responsible for manufacturing of coatings in accordance with prescribed procedures and formulations

Ensure raw material specifications are available

Ensuring all HACCP requirements are adhered to

Responsible for overall record keeping of the Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Laboratory and Planning functions, including specifications and S.O.P.’s

Responsibility for safety practice involving our procedures equipment and facilities

Responsible to ensure on time delivery of batches as per delivery schedule for customer orders

Co-ordination with Business Unit Manager on all issues related to the market, product and logistical matters

Overall responsibility for Quality of manufactured products from Raw Material to Final Product Preservations and related laboratory functions

Assist customers in the area with technical support in conjunction with Business Unit Manager

Skills & Experience:

Minimum 5 years in a production environment

Production experience in food processing environment

Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook

Qualification:

Grade 12

Post Matric studies in Chemistry preferable

HACCP course

ISO courses

Production management advantageous

Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
