JOB SUMMARY:
Opportunity Available!! Our well known client in the Automotive Sector is looking to employ a Process Engineer to join their dynamic team in East London (Berlin).

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job Description:

Knowledge required

Quality systems and concepts
Manufacturing processes
Customer Specific Requirements
Understanding of a measuring report (robotic assembly of steel and aluminium automotive components)Core Tool: FMEA, SPC, MSA, Control plans and Six Sigma Green Belt

Skills Required

Analysis and presentation of statistical data
Decision making
Customer relationship skills
Computer skills: MS Projects & MS Excel
Geometric: Analysis and implementation of corrective actions - Robotic assembly (parameter control and analysis)

Minimum Requirements

Grade 12/NQF level 4
National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/Industrial Engineering
Tertiary qualification in TQM
Qualified Toolmaker/Millwright will be an advantage

Practical Job-related experience requirements

Min 5 years of Quality or Process Engineering experience within the automotive environment.
Minimum 3 years manufacturing experience within the automotive environment.
Minimum 3 years working experience in the use of Quality Core Tools: SPC, MSA, FMEA, Control plans & Six Sigma Green Belt

OR

Minimum 5 years Toolmaker/Millwright experience
Minimum 3 years manufacturing experience within the automotive environment.
Minimum 3 years exposure to Quality Core Tools: SPC, MSA, FMEA, Control plans & Six Sigma Green Belt
