POSITION INFO:

Role Overview

We are looking for a Centre of Excellence (CoE) Specialist to help standardise, enhance, and maintain best practices in Business Analysis and Process Engineering. The ideal candidate will define frameworks, templates, and methods that ensure high-quality, consistent delivery across projects — while driving continuous improvement and innovation in process and analysis practices.

Key Responsibilities

Define and maintain standards: Develop, document, and continuously improve the organisation’s Business Analysis and Process Engineering standards, methods, and artefacts.
Benchmarking and research: Conduct regular market research and feasibility studies to align internal practices with global and industry-leading standards.
Knowledge management: Curate and maintain a central repository of best practices, methodologies, and templates for use across teams.
Process improvement: Identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities through process analysis, process mining, and data-driven insights.
Collaboration and guidance: Support teams and stakeholders in adopting CoE methodologies and ensure consistency across business units.

Key Skills & Experience

Proven experience in Business Analysis and Process Engineering
Strong understanding of System Integration using multiple technologies
Proficiency in Data Analytics and generating actionable insights
Experience in Extensive Reporting and SharePoint development
Ability to work independently and deliver with minimal supervision
Exposure to Data Engineering or Data Science principles (advantageous)
Experience in the Banking sector (advantageous)
Familiarity with ARIS, Celonis, or other process mining tools (beneficial)
