SUMMARY:
A Process Leader is required in Queensburgh for the manufacture and processing of products and to oversee the packaging process.

POSITION INFO:

Requirements:

Matric
Be willing to work shifts
Must have FMCG experience in a similar role

Responsibilities

Manage the team:
Conduct shift meetings
Drive and maintain teams (including story boards etc.)
Drive productivity (OEE, OPP)
Motivate and coach team members
Address personnel matters

Ensure quality assurance:
Apply quality assurance to the process and ensure integrity of the product
Control inputs and outputs of the manufacturing and/or packaging process
Ensure good manufacturing practices (GMP) are in place
Maintain good housekeeping

Conduct first-line maintenance and inspections
Ensure correct use of equipment

Manufacture and process product
Follow correct standard operating procedure (SOP)
Ensure correct cleaning in place (CIP)
