SUMMARY:
An exiting opportunity has become available for an innovative and ambitious Process Manager with a renowned and leading manufacturing company to be based within the Gauteng.

POSITION INFO:

Experience:

6 – 10 years’ experience within a similar role where you will be hands on and responsible for all innovation and streamlining of all processes and operations.
This dynamic individual will need to have experience in improving performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability through the implementation of effective methods and strategies for new and existing procedures and clients.
Will be responsible for managing a team of managers/team leads, and other direct reports.
You will be the one to ensure that this progressive business is well-coordinated and productive by managing its procedures and coaching its people, ensuring that the team’s performance is monitored and managed where required.
Hands on experience and knowledge within a distillation environment
Supervise staff from different departments and provide constructive feedback
Review financial information and adjust operational budgets to promote profitability
Revise and/or formulate policies and promote their implementation
