Job & Company Description:

This international company is looking for an experienced and determined professional to join their leadership team. You must lead operations and manage the activities at a mineral processing plant. Guaranteeing that targets are met and production reports are compiled and presented.

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Metallurgy or Chemical Engineering
• Higher National Diploma in Metallurgy or Chemical Engineering

Job Experience & Skills Required:

• At least 5 years’ experience in mineral processing;
• At least 2 year’s senior management experience;
• Knowledge and experience working with crushing, milling, floatation, and gravity separation operations are non-negotiable;
• Experience working in plant operations, optimization, and management;
• Experience in the platinum industry will be advantageous;
• Time management and people skills;
• Ability to do your own admin.
