SUMMARY:
Exciting opportunity for a qualified Process Technologist to join a strong food manufacturing team in the Western Cape!

In this role, your day-to-day responsibilities will include planning and managing factory trials, supporting new product development, and coordinating technical activities across production, quality, and product development teams. Ensuring smooth product launches, you will be responsible for documenting processes, overseeing pre-production runs, training factory operators, and ensuring all procedures meet quality and customer specifications. Your expertise in food technology, process flow development, and technical problem-solving will be essential in delivering successful launches and maintaining high product standards.

POSITION INFO:
To succeed in this role, you should have a Degree or Diploma in Food Science, Food Technology, or an equivalent qualification, along with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a food production environment. Strong communication, attention to detail, resilience, and the ability to work under pressure will also be valuable.
