A well-established company within the branded apparel and merchandise space is seeking a highly organised and proactive Procurement & Sales Support Coordinator to join their team in Cape Town. This is a hands-on coordination role that bridges procurement, production, sales support, and administration — ensuring that products move efficiently from sourcing through to final client delivery.

What You Will Be Responsible For
End-to-End Order Coordination
- Supporting product sourcing and cost gathering.
- Building detailed costings for client quotations.
- Compiling internal briefs outlining supplier details, units, branding specifications, and pricing.
- Coordinating artwork/CAD requests with the design team.
- Tracking production timelines from order placement to receipting.
- Managing rejects, reworks, and quality-related issues.
- Overseeing invoicing, delivery arrangements, and proof of delivery capture.
Procurement & Supplier Support- Assisting with sample development including tech packs, fit samples, and swatches.
- Liaising with suppliers on timelines and approvals.
- Monitoring production progress and resolving queries.
- Ensuring compliance with internal procurement processes.
- Supporting fabric, garment, and trim quality checks.
Administration & Process Management- Maintaining accurate documentation for orders, approvals, and samples.
- Ensuring timeous responses to internal and external stakeholders.
- Contributing to improved workflow efficiency and cost control initiatives.
What We Are Looking For- Matric (essential).
- 1–3 years’ experience in procurement, supply chain, production coordination, or sales administration.
- Exposure to apparel, textiles, or branded merchandise advantageous.
- Strong Excel capability (non-negotiable).
- Comfortable working with costing structures and multiple suppliers.
- ERP system exposure beneficial.
- Understanding of garment construction and materials advantageous.
