Procurement

o Issue RFC’s (RFQ, RFB, and RFP) for sourcing assigned vendors and suppliers
o Liaise with project team members and engineers to gain alignment
o Manage the full TEAR process, ensure the dates and actions are in line with Project schedule expectations
o Manage and lead the Procurement Operating Plan to the extent that it is updated weekly, discussed and updated with relevant stakeholders, reported on a weekly basis on the performance, risk and development towards procurement readiness
o Participate, coordinate and lead bidder’s reviews
o Administer, facilitate, and answer requests for information (RFI’s) received during the tender process by issuing RFQ addendums.
o Implementing procurement agreements, as necessary
o Review, analyze and clarify bid packages received from suppliers and service providers.
o Make and present recommendations to award after performing a detailed bid analysis ensuring identical scope inclusion for all bids.
o Conduct bid leveling sessions with contractors.
o Review change order proposals and make approval or rejection recommendations.
o Actively participate in contract negotiations
o Support commodity business planning and savings.
o Analyze historical spend, as well as forecast, spend and savings by project/commodity/business.
o Maintain day-to-day supplier relationships and act as the lead point of contact for all commercial issues.
o Identify and support with negotiations of commercial cost reduction opportunities.

Coordinate purchase orders.
