• Must have a Driver’s License
• May be required to work overtime when requested

POSITION INFO:

The main purpose of this position:

Optimize the company’s stock holding based on data analysis

Streamline the ordering of stock

Tender management

Supplier engagement

Duties & Responsibilities include:

(But are not limited to)

Place all orders with suppliers

Navigate and maintain the procurement model

Foreign and local supplier payments

Management of goods received vouchers (GRV’s)

Permit tracker information

Order confirmation from suppliers

Tender applications

Fact sheet creation

Advanced Shipping Note (ASN) Creation

Tracking of bookings with UPD

Management of warehouse stock

Management of InterSKU transfers

Weekly advertising stock holding to tender customers

Weekly advertising of competitor products to increase opportunistic sales

Applying for artwork cutter guides from suppliers

Track artwork and package insert and patient information leaflet (PI, PIL) approvals within the company

Sending suppliers monthly forecasts
