POSITION INFO:

An international mining company is looking for a strong Procurement Category Manager to join their team. This is an ever-changing environment and needs a change manager with a work hard play hard mentality. The role will require regular travel to DRC, Zambia and Zimbabwe. The role will include duties such as:

Strategic Sourcing
Category Management
Supplier Relationship Management
Benefits Tracking
General Management

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Qualifications & Experience

Undergraduate Degree - BSc Engineering preferable
Supply Chain credential (CIPS, APICS)
Postgraduate qualification – MBA preferable
Mining industry exposure of over 5 years
Africa experience
French will be advantageous
