As the Procurement Manager, you will lead a skilled team, manage global supplier relationships, and ensure seamless alignment between procurement and production. Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of Buyers.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with production needs.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, or related field.
5–8 years’ experience in procurement (electronics, electrical, or manufacturing industry preferred).
Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems.
Strong negotiation, leadership, and analytical skills.
Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment.
