Procurement Manager

SUMMARY:
Our client in the Mining Industry has an EE opportunity available for a Procurement Manager in the Kathu area.

POSITION INFO:
Education and Experience Requirements:

• Matric/Grade 12
• Relevant diploma/degree qualification
• 5 years experience in procurement
• 2 years experience in people management
• Computer literacy: procurement systems, MS Office
• Attention to detail

KPAs:

• Develops the strategy and business plan for the procurement and stores functions
• Implementing a system and/or process for monitoring and reporting results
• Researching and sourcing of suppliers to provide the outsourced goods and services
• Managing the end-to-end purchasing process and the internal workflow system
• Compliance with all the procurement related legislative requirements  
• Vendor and contractor management
