SUMMARY:
Our client, an advisory institution, has an EE opportunity available for Procurement Officer. This will be a 3 month contract, to be based in the Midrand area.

POSITION INFO:

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree/diploma in finance or Supply Chain Management or equivalent NQF Level 6
5-10 years’ experience in Supply Chain Management
Experience in application of Supply Chain Management Framework, Public Finance Management Act (PFMA), Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment (BBBEE), National Treasury Regulations, Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act (PPPFA) and other procurement prescripts and regulations
Experience in contract and inventory management

Manage Procurement Processes and Mechanisms
Identify Supplier Risks
Manage Supplier Relationships
Contract Management
Budgeting
Procurement Reporting and Record Keeping
