JOB SUMMARY:
Well established business is seeking to appoint an Procurement Officer.
The primary focus of this role will be to assist the Procurement Manager with ordering of raw materials, ingredients and packaging.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Qualifications and Experience Required

Relevant degree or diploma (e.g. supply chain)
Incumbent would need to have an attention to detail and a methodical approach.
Strong communication skills, both verbally and written, as well as strong numeracy skills
Possible experience would include: purchasing, procurement, stock controller.
Fully computer literate with an ability to operate at an advanced level on MS Excel and Word.
Experience with SAP, Pastel or other Bookkeeping software would be advantageous
The incumbent will need to work overtime when required and will be required to work on weekends, when needed, to assist with stock counts.
The incumbent will also be required to work most Public Holidays as an important part of the Stores operational team
