JOB SUMMARY:
The Procurement Operation Agent will report to our Program Lead and will be responsible for day-to-day operations and communication through our Procurement Service Center.
The Procurement Operation Agent will work remotely during Australia & New Zealand Business Hours - 12am to 9am SAST Time (subject to adjustments for daylight saving).

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The roles and responsibilities of the Procurement Operation Agent will include:
  • Support client’s key stakeholders and requesters with the full procurement process
  • Facilitate the procurement process to ensure correct and efficient transactional flow of internal orders
  • Facilitate end-to end procurement process using both SDI & Key Client systems
  • Review Purchase Requests (PR) in e-procurement platform Coupa, check details of the orders and approve on behalf of procurement department
  • Contact identified suppliers to acquire completed registration documentation in order to onboard and forward Purchase Order (PO) from SDI
  • Clarify end-to-end procurement, invoice, and payment process to all involved parties (requester, supplier, procurement, etc.)
  • Act as a point of contact for various queries from client’s key stakeholders, requesters, procurement team or suppliers
  • Ensure company business controls are adhered to and facilitate a defined system of transparency via client established criteria and policies
  • Ensure operational processes and program meets agreed customer expectations
  • Work with our global delivery team on billable items.
  • Meeting targets as per SLA
  • Strict adherence to process compliance on both SDI and Key Client
  • Update Operational Trackers Requirements
  • 2-3 years Business Administrative Experience
  • High proficiency English skills – oral and written
  • Very good communication skills – ability to build client and supplier relationships
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Self-managed and attention to detail
  • High proficiency with the use of MS Office
  • The ability to work Australia and New Zealand times
