Procurement Superintendent (Stores)

SUMMARY:
Our client in the Mining Industry, has an opportunity available for a Procurement Superintendent (Stores) to be based in the Mooinooi area.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

• Degree or National Diploma in Accounting
• 6 years’ relevant experience, preferably 2 years’ managerial experience
• Knowledge of SAP, IMS
• Computer literate - MS Office
• Experience in a mining environment
• Experience in stores

KPAS:

• Identify and assess level of issue based risk exposures in area of responsibility by considering exposures to business, financial, legal issues, people, equipment, material, environment, processes, etc.
• Manage labour stability by minimising labour turnover
• Administer and provide support for the SAP MM & MRP
• Identify and manage possible risks of total stores system
• Compile Monthly Management Reports and Ad-Hoc reporting as required
• Manage the Stores costs
