Key Responsibilities: Product Developers own all products under development until signoff, and therefore take responsibility for all aspects of the product including commercialization. Creating and enhancing products that fill a niche in the market and meet the strategic goals of the company. Determining product specifications according to several factors and uses. Consulting market research materials and sales data to ensure that products are viable and competitive. Submitting proposals and designs for evaluation by the products team and management before moving to the next stage. Job Experience and Skills Required: Bachelor's degree or three-year diploma in engineering or industrial design and\/or equivalent qualification. Relevant project management training.
